She has served as Compensation Research Associate for Hayes/Hill, Inc., Senior Compensation Analyst for AON Corporation, Compensation Manager for Loyola University, and Project Manager for the American Compensation Association.

She has conducted projects in job audits, job descriptions, salary surveys, compensation database management, compensation plan development, compensation training course development, and compensation trend research.

Ms. LoCurto holds a BS degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University. She holds the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation from the American Compensation Association.
